Simulcasts
SILL now Simulcasts our popular Thursday Global Issues III program, a twelve lecture series that runs from January 7 to March 25, 2010, to retirement communities in Sarasota and Sun City Center, Florida.
After a successful test in 2009, audiences at Plymouth Harbor, Sarasota Bay Club, Kobernick House and Freedom Plaza are now enjoying this lecture series in real time as it is being Simulcast from the Players Theatre in downtown Sarasota.

"The SILL Programs are very well done. They give us information on issues that we do not get from the media. I would like very much for the programs to be continued at SBC next year." |

At Freedom Plaza, where the program is being offered for the first time, on average 65 residents have been attending the weekly lectures, very few of whom had any familiarity with either SILL or the lecture program prior to signing up. They are so pleased they are already asking if the popular Monday Music lectures can be added to the offering.
The expansion of the Simulcasts for the 2011 season is a part of our long range plan and we welcome inquiries from interested communities.
