The Friends of SILL is a tax-deductible organization established to support our efforts to bring the very best speakers possible to Sarasota while maintaining our very low admission charges. Along with our helpful corporate sponsors, whose notices you see elsewhere on this website, the Friends of SILL provides the extra funding we need beyond ticket sales.

Please consider becoming a Friend of SILL in your application for series tickets or, if you do not purchase series tickets and wish to contribute, just complete the following form, print it out and mail it in with your check. Another alternative is to simply make out a check and mail it to SILL VP Registration, Box 219, 8499 S. Tamiami Tr, Sarasota 34238. Or hand it to any of our directors at the various venues where we offer programs. Thank you for your consideration.

In contributing to the Friends of SILL, please consider our new categories of giving, which were established to provide increased recognition for those who give larger amounts.

• Friend: Those giving $50 or more are listed on the SILL website and in the SILL program brochure for the following year.


• Sponsor: Those who give $100 or more receive the benefits afforded a Friend of SILL, and are invited to our annual end of season gathering at which we recognize those who have contributed to the success of the season.


• Patron: A gift of $500 or more merits the above recognition, plus you will be invited to join some of the SILL Board members for lunch or dinner with a SILL speaker of your choice. This benefit is contingent on our being able to make the necessary arrangements with the requested speaker.


• Benefactor: If you can give $1,000 or more, you will receive the above rewards plus one free season ticket to all of our lecture series. Please note the Seminars are not included in this offer. At the benefactor's discretion, gifts received after the start of the season will be eligible for a free season ticket for the following year.
